due to Covid-19 and hygienic reasons, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges. should an error occur on our part, we will be more than happy to help resolve it. when we prepare your orders, we always make sure we add bubble wrap and ice packs to help protect your products during transit so any damages that occur when your order leaves us , we are not responsible. under certain circumstances we will be able to replace those products.
be aware that all of our products have the ingredients listed in the description on our website and on each label. please be sure to go over those ingredients carefully as we will not be responsible should you have an allergic reaction to any of those ingredients. if you have any questions regarding our products, feel free to reach out to us!
processing on all orders are between 1-3 business days.(not including weekends) current shipping times are estimated between 2-3 business days for priority. your items may arrive sooner depending on USPS. please keep in mind that USPS can have delays so it is possible your package may arrive later than usual. also, please understand that once your order leaves us, we are no longer responsible for it and you’ll need to contact your local post office to resolve any issues.
pick-up orders are ready within 1 hour from the time your order is placed. if you place your order right before our pick-up cutoff time (4pm) you order will be ready the next business day. once we send a notification that your order is ready , please be sure to pick your order up in a timely manner and follow all pickup instructions sent to your email. if you haven’t picked up your order after 2 weeks, you will lose your order and you will not be refunded. 2 weeks is plenty enough time to pick up your order and we do offer shipping in the event you cannot pick-up.
